Marie Harrison
Managing Director
She horrified her bank manager by finishing her degree and immediately embarking on three years’ nursing training. After five years as a ward sister, Marie embarked on a career in medical market research, working extensively in France. She speaks French and German (as well as Glaswegian).
Outside of work, Marie’s mind is usually on medieval and early modern literature, or on art and architecture of the same periods. She loves theatre, and especially plays of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, favouring those with a healthy dose of vulgarity; The Knight of the Burning Pestle is a particular favourite.
Marie would love to be able to say that she is a great cook, but this would be an outrageous lie.

Becky Stirk
Account Director
Although technically a Yorkshire lass, she lost her flat vowel sounds when the family moved to Windsor.
A talented dancer, she twinkletoed her way into ballet school but, by 18, realised that she did not fancy the roar of the greasepaint and the smell of the crowd. She went on to study Classics at Durham University, where she acquired a degree and also a husband.
Summer holidays included spells working in medical market research and advertising agencies and she was captivated by the creative world.
Now a mum to two prospective account managers, in her remaining spare time she likes running, reading and socialising with friends.

Andrew Parson
Digital Creative Director
Andrew’s early life was a carefree one of doodling and colouring in, alongside adventures out on his skateboard, BMX, or simply gallivanting round the streets of Merseyside in a pair of Adidas Sambas and a shell suit.
This idyllic start was followed by the green shoots of responsibility, as he spent a few years blowing stuff up in the British Army – an experience that rebooted his attitude towards becoming a semi-serious adult human. Fortunately, the opportunity to pursue further doodling presented itself, as his creative abilities received official recognition at various artistic academic institutions.
Andrew is very grateful to have made a career for almost 25 years from his creative abilities and to have taken doodling to a whole new level in the digital arena.
As a proper grown-up, Andrew and his wife are moulding two new doodlers in the ways of creativity. However, his gallivanting days are by no means over, though now it’s either on his motorbike, or in suitable footwear and waterproofs with his four-legged friend.
He collects football programmes from his favourite Merseyside team, and when not watching football, he’s watching movies; he absolutely loves movies.
Favourite biscuit:
Yes, biscuits are one of his favourites

Ask a film lover to pick one. Too many over the years, ranging from The Warriors to The Green Book

Charlotte Ng
Senior Account Executive
You’d expect her to navigate her day listening to the latest Ariana Grande hit but instead she’s too busy panicking at the disco and showing off her perfectly amazing drumming. When brains aren’t on her mind, Charlotte spends her time plotting her next meal and daydreaming about her dog ‘Pigu’ (which delightfully translates to ‘butt’ in Cantonese, so you know he’s a legend).
Favourite biscuit:
I am not the biggest fan of biscuits to be honest
Favourite film:
Get Out or any psychological thriller
Favourite book:
They Cage the Animals at Night
Favourite track:Â
It changes every day

Richard Lucas
Senior Designer
Designer by day, guitarist by night: Richard’s design portfolio runs from the sublime to the ridiculous – from BMW marketing to zombie beach party artwork for a Puerto Rican rock band – with a stop along the way to publish a national music magazine, before settling here in the pharmaceutical zone.
Outside of work, his time is filled with writing, playing and promoting live music in and around his home in Reading, watching other people do the same, sometimes painting and occasionally recovering from skiing injury.

Dawn Gray
Finance Manager
Dawn is a Berkshire girl through and through and one of our longest-serving employees. She started working for us in 2007 and has helped keep us on the straight and narrow ever since. Before Hanson Zandi she worked in finance for a market research company. ‘The idea of cash incentives still sends shivers down her spine.
She loves walking in nature and is a secret bird watcher [your secret is safe with us Dawn]. She also enjoys yoga and watching live music.
Her funniest HZ memory is when we had to send our receptionist out to buy a pair of trousers after an accountant split his during a meeting.
